RESERVATIONS:

Advance Booking: To guarantee availability, we recommend making reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests are subject to availability.

Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed via email or text once payment details are secured.
Cancellations & Refunds

Standard Rides: Reservations canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Special Services (e.g., events, hourly charters): Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the reservation cost. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

No-Shows: Failure to show up at the designated time and location without prior notice will result in a full charge.
Payment Terms:

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, cash, and approved digital payment platforms.

Deposits: For special bookings or large group reservations, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Service Conditions:

Punctuality: Our chauffeurs aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early. In case of delays beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather), we will notify you promptly.

Passenger Conduct: To ensure safety, passengers are expected to adhere to vehicle rules, including seatbelt use and respectful behavior.

Damage: The client is responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the trip.
Changes to Reservations:

Adjustments to pickup times, locations, or destinations can be made up to 12 hours before the service, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for significant changes.
Additional Charges:

Wait Time: A grace period of 15 minutes is provided for standard pickups. Afterward, waiting charges may apply.

Extra Stops: Unscheduled stops may incur additional fees based on distance and time.
